With Community Bank of Nevada’s Merchant Capture, you may never have to go to the bank to deposit checks again. Enjoy the convenience of making deposits right from your office. Using your computer, an Internet connection and a check scanning device, now you can easily submit checks for your deposit without leaving your office.

HOW IT WORKS

You receive a customer's check
You scan the check in your office
An electronic image of the check is sent to Community Bank of Nevada
The check image is validated and sent electronically to a print site near your customer's bank
The check image is printed on secure watermarked paper
The substitute check is presented to your customer's bank
Your original Community Bank of Nevada deposit is released and is posted to your account.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

To electronically deposit checks you will need the following minimum requirements:

Workstation (933MHZ, 256MB RAM, 8MB-Video, USB 2.0 Port, keyboard, mouse, monitor. MAC using an MS operationg system.)
Operating System (Windows 2000, XP, Vista (certified on select devices)
Software (Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 or higher & Java plug in - Latest Version)
Browser (MS Internet Explorer version 5.5/6.0 or higher, Firefox - Latest Version, Mozilla - Latest Version, Netscape - Latest Version, or AOL - Latest Version)
Internet Connectivity (Any broadband or DSL type Internet Access Minimum of 128K; dial up access can be used but system performance is not guaranteed. Dial up should only be used for back up.)
